Pre-Loved Podcast: Manhattan Vintage Show
This episode takes place at the Manhattan Vintage Show, New York’s most iconic vintage show showcasing 90+ vintage dealers – some of the best in the world.
We’re starting off this episode chatting with the show’s current owners, Amy Abrams and Ronen Glimer — for more about their story, check out the Pre-Loved Podcast episode I did with Amy earlier this year, upon the announcement that the duo was taking over ownership and production of the Manhattan Vintage Show.
We share a little bit about what you can expect at the show, and a little insight into the new strategic direction they envision for Manhattan Vintage. After we chat, then we head into the show to talk with some vintage dealers – who shared with me their stories in vintage fashion, what’s hot and happening in vintage right now – check out the article I wrote for Refinery29 on this subject – and special stories behind some of their favorite pieces they brought to the show.
Let’s dive right in!
